Movie Suggestion
Last weekend, I discovered “The Big Short.”
For those of you haven’t seen the movie, it’s a must-watch, TRUE story about the housing bubble, which I’ve discussed in a post on Medium.
Here are a few of my favorite quotes from the film:
“Truth is like poetry. And most people f*cking hate poetry.”
“If we’re right, people lose homes. People lose jobs. People lose retirement savings, people lose pensions. You know what I hate about f*cking banking? It reduces people to numbers — ever 1% unemployment goes up, 40,000 people die, did you know that?”
“Tell me the difference between stupid and illegal and I’ll have my wife’s brother arrested.”
“It ain’t what you don’t know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for sure that just ain’t so.” - Mark Twain
“Everyone, deep in their hearts, is waiting for the end of the world to come.”
“We live in an era of fraud in America. Not just in banking, but in government, education, religion, food, even baseball… What bothers me isn’t that fraud is not nice. Or that fraud is mean. For fifteen thousand years, fraud and short sighted thinking have never, ever worked. Not once. Eventually you get caught, things go south. When the hell did we forget all that? I thought we were better than this, I really did.”

PS: Last chance to join to Full Stack Marketer
I’m about to officially announce the end of beta for Full Stack Marketer, which means two things.
  1. If you don’t join before it closes, you’ll have to wait ~1 year for the next opening.
  2. You won’t be grandfathered into our exclusive Slack community.
If you’re interested but have reservations, please don’t hesitate to email me at I’m always here to help you. =)
